1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TravelCam website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TravelCam provides curated travel experiences, group trips, corporate retreats, and adventure packages across Cameroon and select international destinations. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms of each trip listing.

3. Booking & Payment

• • A booking is confirmed only after a minimum deposit of 50% is received.
• • Full payment must be completed a week before the due date.
• • Prices are quoted in CFA Francs (XAF) and are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
• • Accepted payment methods: MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate personal information during booking.
• • Arrive at designated pickup points on time.
• • Follow safety instructions from trip guides at all times.
• • Respect local communities, wildlife, and the environment.
• • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

6. Limitation of Liability

TravelCam exercises reasonable care in organizing trips, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from weather, natural events, third-party service providers, government actions, or events beyond our control. Basic travel insurance is included in every package.

7. Medical Fitness & Assumption of Risk

Travelers must ensure they are medically and physically fit for their chosen excursion. By booking, you acknowledge and assume all inherent physical risks associated with adventure travel, outdoor activities, and transportation. TravelCam and its guides are not liable for personal physical injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the trip.

8. Code of Conduct & Right of Refusal

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, TravelCam reserves the right to immediately terminate the participation of any individual whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, dangerously intoxicated, or poses a threat to the group or local communities. In such events, no refunds will be issued, and return transport becomes the traveler's sole responsibility.

9. Itinerary Flexibility

While we strive to adhere strictly to our published schedules, travel in dynamic environments requires flexibility. TravelCam reserves the right to alter routes, accommodations, or planned activities without prior notice due to weather, road closures, safety concerns, or operational necessities. Such modifications do not constitute a breach of contract and are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of TravelCam and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Douala, Cameroon.

12. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Personal items, baggage, and valuables are the client's sole responsibility at all times. TravelCam holds strictly zero liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property during transit, hotel stays, or excursions.

13. Third-Party Vendors & Agency Status

TravelCam acts solely as a booking agent for independent contractors (including but not limited to hotels, transport companies, and activity operators). We are not legally liable for the negligence, failures, or omissions of these third-party services.

14. Travel Documents & Health

Clients are 100% responsible for bringing required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and mandatory vaccination certificates (e.g., Yellow Fever). Denied participation due to missing paperwork will be treated as a 'No-Show' with no refunds.

15. Referral Program & Travel Credits

TravelCam Referral Credits hold no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to external bank accounts. TravelCam reserves the permanent right to void credits or suspend accounts immediately if fraudulent referral activity is suspected.

16. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or feedback to the TravelCam platform, you grant us a permanent, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
