We'll call you on WhatsApp at your scheduled time. During the 1-hour call, our travel expert will listen to your needs, ask clarifying questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on our deep knowledge of Cameroon and the region.
Is the session fee applied to my booking?
No. The consultation fee covers our expert's time and is separate from any trip, itinerary, or program costs. It is non-refundable and non-transferable to other services.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your session by contacting us on WhatsApp. The session fee is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date.
What if I need more than 1 hour?
Most consultations are covered in one session. If additional time is needed, we can schedule a follow-up session.
